Our collaboration with Globalworth on the flex space started back in 2018. To this day, we still believe it is a sensational solution when it comes to hiring flexible offices. We are now much bigger and continue to use the facilities offered to us by Ace Of Space. In particular, we would like to praise the reception service which goes far beyond the usual standard, as well as the possibility of organising events in a large space, which would be unattainable for us in an ordinary private office due to the cost. The last year has brought further nice facilities for us tenants. It must be acknowledged that benefits such as fruit, drinks, and hygiene products are slowly becoming standard. We believe that hybrid working is here to stay, nevertheless it is still necessary and not at all cheap to take measures to attract employees to the offices while improving team-building. Here, too, attention should be paid to the increasingly attractive offer from Ace of Space, which often manages to surprise us with massages, pizzas, but also with small gifts or even Christmas gift-wrapping. In summary, we recommend this company for cooperation.

The location of the Supersam in Katowice is a real gamechanger. The proximity to the most important places and the great communication with the rest of the city are great assets. In addition, the support of a Community Coordinator makes it easier to organise the office and the flexibility of the lease gives a sense of security in managing costs.
